April 30th is celebrated as ‘International Jazz Day’!

The beauty of jazz is the freedom one has within a structure!

The ability to express yourself, when improvising, all the while staying within a broad framework of support and shape.

This structure is what we provide the women whom we work with at International Sanctuary! A structure wherein they can grow to express themselves in the best way possible!

We walk beside them as they move to understand the patterns and rhythms of their lives and grow in expressing themselves through their strengths!
