SALTED BISCUIT SANDWICH - MUMBAI SANCTUARY RECIPE

Salted Biscuit Sandwiches are a fun and flavorful Indian snack or side dish that can be served chilled alone or alongside other dishes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups elbow macaroni

  • 2 cups Lady’s Choice real mayonnaise

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • 1 cup all-purpose cream

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese diced

  • 1 cup nata de coco red, drained

  • 1 cup nata de coco green, drained

  • 1 ½ cup kaong (sugar palm) drained

  • 30 oz fruit cocktail drained

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook macaroni based on package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Combine all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

  3. Add kaong, nata de coco, fruit cocktail, and cheese. Mix well.

  4. Put the cooked macaroni into the bowl with the other ingredients. Toss until well blended.

  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. Serve chilled. Share and enjoy!
